Birthday Love with The Greetery Container Garden

Birthday Love with The Greetery Container Garden

Hello everyone, it's Natalia here today with a light and airy card made on what must have been the greyest and wettest day of the year so far!

So an injection of colour was much needed!

Today, I'm revisiting one of my favourite stamp sets from The Greetery – it always gives me a lift with its hint of spring and promise of a return to sunnier times.

It's The Greetery's Container Garden stamp and die set combined with the coordinating Jumbo Jar die set.

I started out by cutting the jar with nested insert from Bristol card and ink blending Lawn Fawn Kiddie Pool ink over it with one of the big fluffy brushes from Pinkfresh Studio for a soft hit of blue.

Then it was time to cut and stamp the elements I wanted to use from the Container Garden set, with extra flower dies to add a pop of dimension. I used fineliners and a white pen to add some details to the smaller buds.

The jar top was cut from C9 Champagne foil cardstock.

For my sentiment, I used the Little Labels Stamp and Cut Combo. And to finish off the jar, I cut and assembled the smaller dies in the Regency Bow No. 2 set.

I splattered Champagne metallic paint from the Gansai Tambi Starry Colors set over the green A2 Stitched Scallops panel, and mounted everything on a pale rose card base.

Until next time, happy crafting!
