Happy Thursday!
Halloween was never a big thing in our house when I was younger, it’s only as I have got older that I enjoy it more and more so as my kiddos have got older. One of my favourite films is Hocus Pocus and I am just a little excited for Hocus Pocus 2 tomorrow!
I love Binks (the cat) and when I was thinking about the film, it reminded me of the Colorado Craft Company Purrfect Halloween stamp.
I think the kitty face is so cute and opted for a really CAS card. I knew I wanted the face to pop from the card, but I didn’t have any black embossing powder. So I used the stamping platform technique by stamping the face in black and then stamping in VersaMark ink and embossing with clear embossing powder.
I then simply finished the card off with the sentiment that came in the set and mounted the panel on a white card base using foam adhesive.
Super simple from me this week!
