Hi everyone, it's Natalia here today. I'm with more card inspiration using the rest of the lovely products in the Stitch Edit release by Pinkfresh Studio that ended up in my basket!

I couldn't resist the pretty Thread Spool Florals stamp, die, and stencil kit. Such a quick way to create four decorative spools for a card front.
You can start with the stencils and then go in with the stamps on a precut A2 panel of card, but I was using up smaller pieces of cream card, so stamped first, then stencilled and cut the thread spools. I also made sure to zap the stamped outlines with my heat gun before stencilling to make sure the black ink was dry and wouldn't smudge when going over with lighter ink shades.

Next up, I pulled out the Notion Story die and stencil kit to create some decorative buttons for the spools. Once coloured and cut, I doubled them up to make them thicker so I could thread some cream thread into the button holes before gluing them in place on the spools.
For the greeting, I used one of the sentiments from the Thread Spool Florals set.
I used a textured cover die from Pinkfresh Studio to add texture to my card base, and finished it off with one of the Heritage Lace dies at the top and bottom of the card.
Until next time, happy crafting!
