Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping rates are based on a combination of order value and weight/size limits for each region. 

UK ORDERS

All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked services.   You can opt for Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 - please note these are delivery aims and not guarantees under Royal Mail's terms of service.

Opting for Tracked 24 does not mean your order will ship the same day – we pack all orders strictly in the order of arrival and whilst most orders ship same or next day, during busy periods it can take a couple of working days for us to process your order.  We do not process orders or ship on weekends or Bank Holidays.

LARGE LETTERS

Large Letters are for "flat" items only.  The maximum size of large letter shipment is 35cm x 25cm x 2.5cm deep to a maximum of 750g.  This means that items such as ink pads, reinkers and storage items whilst light automatically fall into the parcel category as they are deeper than 2.5cm, and large items bigger flat items like 12x12 papers also fall into this category due to dimensions.

 

PARCELS

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON A DDU BASIS - this means they are delivered with duty unpaid.   Therefore the responsibility for the payment of any taxes, duties and customs clearance fees are the sole responsiblity of the receiver.  By placing an order with us you accept these terms and if you later decide not to pay the fees levied, which will result in the non-delivery of your goods, then you WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

EUROPE ORDERS

New charges for parcels under €150 are being applied to EU countries due to new legislation.  

On the 13th of November 2025, the European Union decided to abolish the €150 customs duty exemption for low-value imports as part of its broader customs reform.

The change is currently expected to be implemented in a phased manner between 2026 and 2028. Once fully in effect, all goods entering the EU from non-EU countries will be subject to customs duties regardless of their value, in addition to VAT.

This will affect the way we can (or can’t) ship to certain countries – so far only 3 have updated their terms:

FRANCE - An additional fee of €2 tax applies to each classified HS code in your parcel (not per parcel)  So this means you will pay the additional €2 for each type of product (so if you have a stamp, a die and a stencil – all 3 have a different HS code so you would pay €6)

ITALY – An additional fee of €2 per parcel will be applied and is paid by the recipient.

ROMANIA:  As we are now required to pay a clearance fee before we ship an order for any order under €150 we can only ship orders with a value of £140 or more before shipping charges.  This is because there is currently no method put in place to permit us to make these payments.  Once a system comes online we can revisit the issue but until then, we can no longer ship orders under £140 to Romania.

We no longer offer untracked parcel shipping to EUROPE as the tracked version is now cheaper than untracked for parcels. The price for parcels varies across Europe

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO SHIP TO THE USA DUE TO CUSTOMS PAYMENTS WHICH HAVE TO BE PAID UPFRONT.  IF AND WHEN WE FIND A RELIABLE METHOD TO DEDUCT THESE PAYMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS AND PAY THEM ON YOUR BEHALF WE WILL RETURN TO US SHIPPING.  PLEASE SIGN UP FOR OUR NEWSLETTER FOR UPDATES.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES & TRACKING

WITHIN THE UK

Tracked 24 should be delivered next working day (Royal Mail do deliver these on Sundays in some areas but not all) and Tracked 48 within 2 working days.  [These are Royal Mail's delivery aims and are not guaranteed but are generally followed in most cases].

Tracking is provided automatically to customers via text or email from within the Royal Mail shipping system.  If you don’t enter accurate information on placing your order you will not receive tracking information.

We cannot access any further information – we only have access to the same tracking link as customers so it is the customers responsibility to track their orders.

We do still find that parcels can take longer than Royal Mail’s suggested delivery times in certain areas particularly following bank holidays and in November and December when the amount of mail in the system increases significantly. Royal Mail allow 14 days before any parcel is classed as lost. If you have not received your parcel after 14 days, please contact us for a refund.

WITHIN EUROPE   

TRACKED

European orders ship with Royal Mail Tracked services as standard.  This is not a guarantee of faster shipping, but tracked orders are less likely to be lost.  Tracking codes will be provided to your account after shipping and you can track delivery.   Phone numbers must be provided as many European deliveries are handed to GLS and they will not deliver a parcel without a phone number.  Delivery estimates of 3-5 working days.

As per Royal Mail standards, a parcel will not be deemed to be lost until 30 days after the date of shipping. If you order has not arrived as expected let us know by email but please note we cannot recompense you until the full number of days have expired.   Post tends to be slower over the summer months when postage staff numbers are lower due to holidays and in late November and December when mail volumes increase due to Christmas.

UNTRACKED

Customers may opt to have their order shipped by Royal Mail Standard International services which have delivery estimates of 5-10  working days but it can take up to 30 days.  CUSTOMERS WHO OPT FOR THIS SHIPPING OPTION WHO DO NOT RECEIVE THEIR PARCEL WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Due to the increase volume of lost mail in Europe we can now only refund post that is tracked. Post tends to be slower over the summer months when postage staff numbers are lower due to holidays and in late November and December when mail volumes increase due to Christmas.

REST OF THE WORLD

Orders shipped beyond Europe ship with Royal Mail Tracked services as standard, we do not offer a non-tracked option beyond Europe.  This is not a guarantee of faster shipping, but tracked orders are less likely to be lost.

Tracking codes are provided automatically to customers via text or email from within the Royal Mail shipping system.  If you do not enter accurate information on placing your order you will not receive tracking information.

Delivery estimates are 6-10 days but can take up to 40 days.  Post tends to be slower over the summer months when staff resources are reduced due to holidays and in late November through to January when mail volumes increase due to Christmas.
