Designer's Tips:
To give more depth to the first stamp layer, try ombré stamping! Ink up part of the solid image in one color, and the rest in a darker shade. Use a blending brush to blend the two colors together before stamping. If you have a stamp positioner (such as the Stampwheel), this is even easier! You can stamp one color first, then reink the stamp in your second color and stamp over the first impression.
For a more whimsical look, try your ombré stamping with two different colors!
