Best Friends Vibes - Friendship Card

Best Friends Vibes - Friendship Card

Hey, Terri here! Today I am sharing a super fun card that is themed around friendhip. it uses the Best Friend Vibes set from Concord & 9th. This set allows you to make 3 types of friendship bracklets and personalise them with alphabet beads.

Usint the Best Friend Vibes Die Set and Concord & 9th Assorted Coloured Cardstock, I die cut lot of the chevron shaped pieces in some of my favourite colours. I then cut the base pieces from white cardstock, I adhered two bases together for added dimension. I then applied tape runner to the base before start to create my patterns, using a gem pick up tool of tweezers helps with handling the small pieces.

I then die cut the end thred pieces from the same colours used for the braclets and stuck 3 different colours together. I glued them to the ends of the braclets and added a die cut shapped bead over the "knotted" area.

Next I created a beaded braclet. I used the Best Friend Vibes Stamp Set to stamp the alpahabet, I stampd using the Versafine Onyx Black Ink Cube onto 110lb white cardstock. The Best Friend Vibes Die Set has twooptions to cut the alphabet out, I opted to use the round die. I cut one of the thin thread dies from black cardstock and added the beads, I wrote BFF with a heart either side. I placed on eof the small round die cut beads between each of the larger beads to make the diesign larger.

I used the Best Friend Vibes Stamp Set and Versafine Onyx Black Ink Cube to stamp out my sentiment on white cardstock, I decided to mat it onto balck for added effect. Now it was time to bring everything together. I setteled on a diagonal design, allowing the braclets to look as though they go off the page.

I added some Glossy Accents to all of the beads to give them a domed look, more like a real bead. This is such a fun card, you could use the beads to spell out a name, write a message etc and chenge up the colours of the cardstock depending on gender etc.

I had so much fun creating this card and hope you like it too. Please stop back for more inspiration from the deisgn team tomorrow.
