I am sharing another Christmas card today. And it is featuring a super cute stamp by Stamping Bella called Yeti’s Loot. There is a whole series with this yeti and all of the stamps are so adorable.
I started by die cutting a scalloped rectangle from Mama Elephant’s Framed Tags: Waverly from watercolour cardstock. I stamped the images with a light ink. As a medium I chose Distress ink reinker and did some no line colouring. When the image was dry, I put in some details with coloured pencils. Where I wanted to be the shadow, I added some extra dark lines. For the eyes and the mouth, I used a pen with a very fine tip.
For the sentiment I chose one from an older set called Merry Greetings by Mama Elephant. I love the combination of cursive and block fonts.
