Hello & Happy Thursday!
I don’t know about you, but these days and weeks are flying by so fast. I even had to think, did I miss a Thursday?! It appears I haven’t and it’s just time playing these tricks on my mind - haha!
Today I am sharing a friendship card. I have combined some Newton’s Nook with a Concord & 9th sentiment.
I was looking through my stash and I fancied inking up stencils. I noticed that the Newton’s Nook Butterflies Stencil Set is in stock, so that is what I used.
This 2 step stencil set makes for a really quick card when you are pushed for time and squeezing in some creativity.
I used 4 colours of Distress Oxide. Say What? Yep, I’ve dusted off some different inks! I used Scattered Straw, Kitsch Flamingo, Spiced Marmalade and Picked Raspberry. Using the lighter colours for the solid base and the darker colours for the top detailing.
To finish my card I added a sentiment from Concord & 9th Rainbow Sayings Stamp Set.
