Hey there, today I am sharing a cute rainbow card that features ink blending, heat embossing and some geometric elements, some of my favorite things.
I started out by heat embossing the dotted diamonds stamp in white onto some Neenah solar white cardstock, I used a stmping platform when working with such a large stamp as it enables me to reink and stamp several time to ensure I cover the whole card. I then used several disress inks to blend a rainbow of colour, I like to spritz it with a fine mist of water as I feel it helps the colours look like they have a smoother blend.
I cut the diamond geo frames die from black card and embossed a sentiment in white usign the better together stamp. I then used the geo frames to stamp an overlapping diamond pattern behind where my sentiment will sit, I used sticky notes to mask the out lines of the Geo frame as I only wanted a single line design, I remove the tape and stamp. Once both were stamped I added the die cut heat embossed sentiment to the card using foam tape.
I trimmed the inked panel down and adhered it to a white A2 note card using foam tape. I hope you like todays card, thank you for stpping by.
