Hello!

Summer is just about in full bloom, its the last couple of days before school is out for summer! The enjoyment of lazy summer days and fun in the garden is calling. I thought I would inject a little bit of summer into my floral focused card today.

I wanted to add colour to this BIG bloom from Hero Arts & Altenew Bloom & Grow, with minimal effort and using the fun MFT Rectangle Trio stencil is one fun way of adding an injection of colour! The mix of geometrics with florals is still a big trend and this stencil makes it easy to do.

As you can see I've also incorporated a little bit of spotlight stamping by letting the stamped bloom layer over onto my base card. I've used 1mm thick foam adhesive to adhere the top layer to the base card and the sentiment.

A few supplies, a little bit of colour and a fun CAS card with impact! I hope I have inspired you to give these basic, but fun stencils a go an incorporate them into your stamped cards.
