Happy Easter

Hope you're all well and have a wonderful easter - even if it is a little bit different than usual.

To bring a little bit of easter mood to your house I am sharing a card today using Lawn Fawn's Easter Before'n Afters . This cute set is actually made for the Magic Picture Changer Die but I think you can use it easily on it's own and it is super cute, too.

As always I started by stamping the images I wanted to use with an alcohol marker friendly ink. For the colours I started with the browns fpr the basket and the bunnies. Then I asked myself which colours would go with brown and decided to go with shades of pink and lila.

To cut out the images there are coordinating dies available.

For the sentiment I used the Happy from Lawn Fawn's Big Scripty Words. It was a bit too long for the design of my card so I masked of a little bit at the beginning and the end of the word.

The easter came from the Easter Before'n Afters set. I love to combine big scripty fonts with a tiny sentiment with block letters.

To give the bunnies something to sit on I die cut the grassy border that comes with Lawn Fawn's Mushroom Border. And to finish up the scene I also added a little bit of ink blending in the background for the sky!
