Thinking of You this Christmas

Jen here and today I am using the brand new Waffle Flower release for a pair of thinking of you cards for those that need it at Christmas. 

For the first card I have used this months Seven Hills Monthly Challenge theme which is a bingo card.  The second card so nearly fit as well.

For the first card I used - Add a Frame, Contemporary Colouts, Die Cute Sentiment & Snowflakes.  For the second Embossing. Stencils, contemporary colours but are snowflakes traditonal :-)

I started by die cutting out the snowflaked twice in this colbalt blue card stock and then in a similar lighter shade i created a frame using a rectangle die. 

I added the frame to a white card base using foam tape then took parts of the snowflake die and added them so they hovered over the aperture.  I added the c&9th sentiment and a label sentiment from waffle flower.   

For the second card I stencilled the waffle flower stencil using coloured paste to match the dark cards using reinkers then set it aside to dry. 

I made a card base out of the lighter colour then cut out 3 of the sentiment from white card stock, stacking them together. 

Once the embossed panel was dry i trimmed it down and added to the card base then added on the sentiment. 

I love the colour of these cards... definitely more contemporary than normal ... be quick to get the waffle flower release its going quick!
