Bee - Day Wishes
I'm bringing some colour to you today from the garden.... can you tell I'm longing for some warm spring sunshine? Perhaps these are more like summer flowers but I thought they would be a great place for these buzzy bees to visit on this birthday card...
I've combined a few Concord & 9th products for this project, the pretty pink flowers are from Flower Fields and they are a good sized layered image for these bees from Bee Mine. The set only contains one bee so I used the mirror stamping technique with my Mini Media Mat from Wafflefower to make a bee flying in the opposite direction.... you can see its not quite as bold as the original but once coloured it's not so noticeable.
I stamped and cut two extra flowers to add some dimension along with the bees. The sentiment is made using words from Flower Patch which has been selectively inked so I could use the Lovely Letters lowercase alpha to add the word 'Bee' in two tone green....
Ahhh now doesn't that make you think of summer :)
