You Raise Me Up

Jen here and today I am using the new Mama Elephant release for a simple water coloured card with the image as the focus.

I started by stamping the image from You Raise Me Up in nocture black versa fine ink before water colouring in the images in some muted colours.

I then trimmed down the panel before mounting it onto striped paper from MFT. I then heat embossed the sentiment onto black card stock before adding it to the card.

It seemed like it needed some more detail so i cut a fine strip of black card stock and added it down the edge of the dsp.

Super quick card for you this week when you have 30 minutes to spare as you dont need to spend lots of time watercolouring to get a really effective look
