Zentangled Concord & 9th Boho Butterflies

Hello & Happy Thursday.

This week I have been hooked on a fun technique and thought I would share it with you too. The technique is Zentangle, also known as Tangling and you could just call it doodling too!

What you need is an image or design that has open space to doodle inside and you can use either stamps or stencils. You could even die cut a shape and use that to trace round or inside.

For my card today I opted for my favourite, butterflies and selected the Concord & 9th Boho Butterflies Stencil Pack.

I started by drawing each of the butterflies with a fine liner and then doodled with said fine liner inside each of the butterfly wings. I fussy cut my butterflies as I don’t have the coordinating Boho Butterfly Dies.

I then adhered the butterfly dies to a Honeysuckle card panel and then a Oceanside card panel which I added a scalloped border edge to. The MFT Stitched Rectangle Dies would work to add the border like mine.

To finish I added to a white card base and decided to keep my card sentiment free.
