A Baathday Greeting

Although we can't have birthday gatherings of any sort at the moment that doesnt stop you assembling a gang of partygoers on a birthday card.... these look a fun and happy bunch!!

These sheep are from Waffleflowers We Herd stamp set and they are great fun to colour, their curly coats mean the colouring is quite quick and not fussy.... in fact the longest part was trimming them out with scissors! I stamped the image three times and cut three different sets of sheep from each image so I could layer them one behind the other and make a bigger herd...

I used Hero Arts Knitting Background for a tone on tone pattern on the base card and used a layered frame I had ready in my scraps, to place the sheep inside. The sheep have thin foam dimensionals between the layers behind their heads and then the whole piece is attached to the card base with glue.

I added a custom sentiment using Avery Elle's Banner Bits stamp and die set by masking out the BIR when stamping and embossing so I could replace them with die cut letters instead to complete the punny greeting. I'm sure with this little gang at your party youd have a 'woolly' good time :)
