Birthday Blossoms
Jen here and today I am sharing a birthday card showcasing the newest brand to Seven Hills Crafts.. The Greetery. I thought I would take a break from all the Christmas cards and make a birthday card using both stamps and dies.
I started by stamping the flowers from the Lovely Blossoms stamp set using Concord & 9th inks - the stamp set is clearly marked with all the layers and a fabulous guide is included in the pack. I chose to fussy cut out the flowers but there is a die set available.
For the sentiment I die cut the Let's Have a Word Birthday Die from card stock 3 times and glued them together before dipping them in gold embossing power - I love this effect. The remaining part of the sentiment was done using the Slim Alphabet Die which is perfect size for cards.
I cut out a mid blue cardstock panel 3.75" x 5" and added the Wishes part of the sentiment to the bottom right corner and then adhered it to a white card base. I then added the flowers to each corner and trimmed off any over hang. Finally I added the gold birthday sentiment on top.
You can find all the fabulous 'The Greetery' Products HERE.
Have a great Saturday. Happy Crafting!
Jen xx
