I was so pleased to see the Spring Songbird stamp set in last months MFT release, I love the previous winter set too and wonder if more seasons are in the pipeline!..... I hope so :) I stamped three of the birds and coloured them with Polychrome pencils and tried to make them look like some of our british birds..... can you see what they are?

I used the Circle Frames from Avery Elle to make four apertures on a panel of card and then blended ink onto the card base to show through the circles. I love the clusters of flowers and foliage in the set and of course, you can mix and match with the winter set too.... which I did in the top window.

I don't have a birdhouse stamp so I found this die cut in the Spring Garden dienamics, not quite the right size to place next to the birds but it works if you pretend it's hanging further away!

For a sentiment I used an older Lawn Fawn set called Winter Sparrows along with a Bitty Birthday stamp... I think the fonts go well together. Did you work out the birds? they're a Chaffinch, Robin and Bullfinch... well my interpretation of them anyhow :)
