By the Sea
Tara is a little behind this weekend adding stock so we're swapping days and Tara will be here with her news round up tomorrow
I was inspired by a recent trip to the sea and the Lined by Hand background to make a beach scene on this weeks card so I dug out this cute set from Reverse Confetti...
When it comes to background stamps, its sometimes tricky to think of different ways to use them so for this card I thought I'd change it up and use three stamped panels of the lined background instead. I used Versa Clair ink in Warm Breeze to stamp the background onto a piece of card and then cut three rectangles using a die. Placing them at different heights gives a bit of interest and is more pleasing to the eye as it mimics the collection of images too...
The beach scene is stamped and coloured with Polychrome Pencils on textured card then I used the coordinating dies to cut them out.... I love the sentiments in this set :)
