I Smell A Birthday

Jen here and today I have a really quick card for when you are short on time but still want to do some crafting. By using a quick image and some patterned paper you can create a card that looks like it took ages to make.

I decided to use Stacey Yaculas Sweet Skunks stamp set from MFT for todays card as well as some of their bright designer paper. this colour combo has to be one of my favourites.

I started by stamping and colouring the image and then cutting it out. Really simple colouring is all you need for these super cute skunks.

I then chose some paper and covered the front of an A2 card before using the double stitched rectangles. The sentiment is from the stamp set and i heat embossed it in white onto black card stock before trimming it.

I added the image using foam pads to keep it really simple. The result is a fun bright birthday card perfect for a friend.
