Joy To All - Christmas Card

Hi, Terri here! Halloween is finally behind us, so I guess it's time to crack on with the Christmas Cards! I'm starting off with a Lawn Fawn project featuring the Joy To All Stamp Set.

As always I stamped my chosen images onto 80lb super smooth white cardstock using an alcohol friendly ink. I coloured my images with my alcohol markers and added white gel pnen highlights. I then cut allof the images using the coordinating dies.

I created my background using a piece of patterned paper from the Falling Leaves 6x6 paper pad, I added it to an A2 notecard. I also added a piece of kraft card and a small strip of white card to give the impression of carpet and skirting/base board.

I started to add all of my chosen images using a mixture of glue and foam pads. At this point I realised that I needed something on the back wall, I searched my stash and found a shelf and book from the Purrfectly Wicked Stamp Set. This gave me a space to hang the stockings and put a couple of ornaments. I cut the Sparkle Garland Border Die from gold glitter card and added it to the top of the card. I added a stamped sentiment directly onto the card and then embellished with glitter glue on the ornaments.
