It's been a while since I got my plant dies out to play with so I thought it was time for some green fingered indugence...

I've used Potted Plants and Office Greenery dies for this card but there are quite a few sets now from MFT that contain plant dies that you can mix and match.... enough to fill a greenhouse perhaps :) I find it easier to just cut the pieces in white card and colour them with Distress Oxide Inks. Once I had a collection I decided on an arrangement before cutting a piece of card to attach them to. I cut a table and mat from Fundamental Furnishings which is currently out of stock but remember you can use the stock notification system if you'd like to add it to your stash. I used a shelf from that same set for the hanging plant to dangle from as well as a place for a few books... possibly all about plants and gardening???

I found a small square die and frame in my "leftover die-cuts" box which was the perfect size to make a framed piece of word art... I used a phrase from a Flora & Fauna set embossed in white then blended black Distress Oxide over it to make a chalkboard effect. A simple sentiment under the panel in a handwritten style of font compliments the bold colourful plants :)
