Happy Halloween
Hi there, today I am sharing a Halloween card made using some of my favourite Lawn Fawn products.
I started by creating my moody sky using the Cloud Stencil and Distress Oxide inks in Milled Lavender and Villainous Potion. I used a very light hand and then brought in some Black Soot to darken the edges. I cut the background using a stitched rectangle die and then added lots of tiny inky splatters with both white and black ink.
I Stamped all of my chosen images from the Costume Party Stamp Set onto Neenah 80lb cardstock and coloured them using my alcohol markers. I then added white gel pen highlights before cutting then with the Costume Party Dies.
I cut a hill from black card to give the effect of ground using the Stitched Hillside Dies. This is where I adhered my cure Halloween images using foam pads. Next I die cut the Giant Happy Halloween twice from black card and once from purple glitter card, I stacked them with a drop shadow and then adhered my subsentiment on top.
I love how this card turned out, the little white gel pen marks, inky splatters and the glitter card all add interest and look of dimesion without making the card too bulky.
