YASSS!

YASSS!

Okay, so I've already deviated from my 'Thank you' card production as I had a great idea to use these clenched fists from Reverse Confetti's Girl Power set and pair them with a fun MFT stamp and die set....

I stamped the fists three times across the bottom of a panel of card using masking and slightly altering the angle of the stamp to get different heights. I coloured the images with copic markers using a range of shades to achieve different skin tones. I used the speech bubble die to cut into the panel and made a mask using the same die with scrap paper. I wanted to use the scrap paper mask to ink a speech bubble onto the card base so to make sure it was in the correct place I simply placed the mask behind the front panel and positioned it onto the card base then taped the mask down before moving the stamped card panel.

I blended Evergreen Bough and Peacock Feathers through the mask and then stamped the wording onto the bubble when the ink had dried. I used foam dimension pads to attach the from panel onto the card front and added a sub sentiment using the comic sayings set from Mama Elephant but to be honest it would work well without it too. The MFT All the Encouragement stamp set has a choice of phrases that fits the bubble but I thought this worked well with a group fist pump :)

Thanks for stopping by, catch you next week :)
