Wildflowers
Jen here today and i'm making matching cards using Concord and 9th Wildflower Fields stamp set.
This is a great set for making batches of cards with lots of options for different layouts. I went with two designs this week (had we not had the crazy heat wave I would have done more).
For the first card I stamped the leaves with Concord and 9th sprout ink and the flower with honeysuckle. I trimmed down the A2 panel to centre the image and allow for the black card base to show through for some additonal interest.
To finish it off I used the Label Maker sentiments from Waffle Flower. It is back in stock and one of my fave releases of this year as its so flexible and gives you a bunch of great sentiments you can have ready for your card projects.
For the second card I made a Mini Slimline using the flowers and single images to create a background. I used the same colours and a different sentiment from the labels to finish it off.
The concord and 9th inks stamp amazing so you can be confident to use a block for a first great impression to do this type of effect.
This set is perfect for some quick batch card making. Set it up in your stamp positioner and you can create mulitple cards quickly in lots of colours, The sentiment set then gives you loads of options for a quick and easy card pack to give as a gift.
