Autumn is in the air

Hello & Happy Thursday.

Although the temperatures have still been unusually high this week, with school back in session after the summer break, there is a hint of change in the air. Autumn is on its way.

With this in mind I was inspired to *finally* ink up The Greetery Fond of Foliage Background stamp. I used the emboss resist technique and Altenew Nature's Wonder inks for my colour choice.

To add a little interest to the background I sliced through the panel and adhered it with foam adhesive to my light brown card base. I left a large enough gap to stamp and emboss the sentiment from The Greetery Fall Foliage stamp set. The Autumn part is stamped and fussy cut.
