Autumn Vibes
Hello, well we've just been away for our summer holidays and have come back to, what feels like, Autumn so I was inspired to break out those cosy rich colours and a set of leaf dies...
I chose a lovely piece of burnt orange card stock and used a knitting background stamp to add a pattern to it in a darker terracotta shade, this stamp is no longer in store but you can find a similar background here. Now this card uses up some surplus die- cuts from previous projects which I keep in small boxes just like these leaves and the scripty Hello die cut. The leaves are from the Newtons Nook Autumnal Leaves die set and I just needed to make an acorn to go with them
I added the 'AUTUMN' in an off white patterned paper to match the card base and attached everything with tape or foam dots. I distressed the edges of the card panel and attached it to the card base slightly off centre so there is an overhang on the left edge.
