A Flurry of Love
I couldn't resist the happy snowman in the latest Stacey Yacula stamp set from My Favorite Things - he's just adorable, so I made a quick framed scene to show off his happy hugging arms.
It's a pretty simple make - I die cut the frame from red card and then drew a faint pencil line on the inside of the centre so I knew where to stamp my scene. A little masking allowed me to get a lot in a little space. I masked everything when I'd finished stamping so I could ink the sky with a really dark blue as snowmen only move at night obviously!
A tiny bit of shading on the images and a few soft snowflakes along with a white embossed sentiment from the same stamp and we're done! The frame will be featuring on lots of my cards as I really like how it draws the eye and allows you to make more impact with smaller stamps.
