I do love seasonal greenery, it just gives that traditional christmas look so I had to use MFT's latest set Winter Greenery and matching dies to make an arrangement for my card.....

I started by stamping out all the images and colouring them using Copic Markers, they are not too large and detailed so quite quick to colour. I used the dies to cut them out and then played around arranging them to see what looked best. For the card base I used Altenews Burlap Texture die cut in white card which I adhered to the card front on the diagonal angle. I love how the white on white gives the impression of a raised texture, like dry embossing.

To make arranging the greenery easier I used a small circle of card covered with a piece of double sided tape to build the cluster on, starting with the larger branches and boughs. I used the smaller images to layer behind the bow to add fullness and cover any gaps in the centre. I stamped a greeting from Budding Beauties Winter set onto a small tag and placed it onto the arrangement using a piece of thread which is tucked behind the bow. The sentiment is also from the same Greetery set.... I love the combination of fonts and it's petite size :) I think this will be another classic winter/Christmas set for me.
