Do you remember my Christmas tree card from two weeks ago? Well I had the other half of the snow bank from that card sitting on my desk so I decided to us it on another Christmas card....

Okay so this is a pretty unrealistic city scene but that's the creative license you have with crafting and besides it looks rather cute and cosy :) I stamped out the two city blocks from City Sidewalks and used muted blues, greens and greys to colour the buildings. I don't have the dies to match this set which are available here, so I had to get snipping with the scissors...... quite tricky with the trees but I think they're okay. I gently inked the base card with blue to create a sky and then arranged the landscape and buildings, making sure two of the chimneys overlapped the sky.....

In line with the chimneys, I stamped the two swirly sentiments onto the base card in grey ink and then arranged and attached the scene using foam pads. I love the grouped buildings in this set and the way you can colour coordinate them but I think my favourite image has to be that little snowman.... I couldn't help giving him a face and buttons :)
