Reindeer, plaid and stars

Reindeer, plaid and stars

I've managed to have a quick play with some of the brand new products from Reverse Confetti we just added to store today.

I started with the adorable reindeers from the Deerly Stamp and Die set, coloured them with copics and then set about making backgrounds for them.

For this first design I used the Starstuck Cover Panel Die to create a northern lights style background filling the stars with different coloured stickles.   I added some glittlery grounding and a few trees before finishing with a sentiment from the Deerly stamp set.

For my second card I added a fun plaid background using the new BIG and SMALL plaid dies from the new release and popped the reindeer onto a Circle Ray Die cut from glitter card.   The sentiment from Lantern Additions was stamped onto the same glitter card  using Altenew's Mixed Media Ink in Ruby.  Finished with some of the die cut stars from the first card.

This left me with lots of blue and red squares, so I had a play at making my own plaid.

I simply arranged the blue squares over the corners of the red and then cut some strips of black to frame the plaid.   You could create almost endless patterns with the inner and outers of these two dies - time to get plaid-happy!

Finally I was really inspired by one of the Reverse Confetti Design Team samples so had a go at making my own.  I just cut the starstruck panel 3 times from different colours of card and arranged them to create a fun pattern.

This would be a fun design for birthdays too - just add a sentiment or image where the panels meet and you're good to go.

NEWS FROM THE STORE

We have the latest Waffle Flower release and will be processing it this evening  as we're going to be very busy over the next few days posting all your Anita Jeram orders!

There will be a Newton's Nook release on Friday and we should have it next week.

Nothing else confirmed at the moment - we're playing catch up on ordering but time isn't on our side - bear with us - we're doing our best in difficult circumstances.

Thanks
