Vintage Christmas
I love Christmas, what I really love is the variety of Cards you can get or make at Christmas. I love an ultra modern CAS card but also really like Vintage cards, with more traditional imagery. Today I thought I'd try to combine CAS and vintage and see where it takes me.
I started out by stamping the flowers and leaf elements using the Dry Brush Poinsettia Stamp Set and matching die set. I decided on 2 flowers and 6 leaves. I kept the colours a tad vintage to keep in with the theme.
I cut a background panel from burgandy card using the Doodled Dots cover die and adhered it to a white A2 card base. The setiment was cut from whitecard and gold glitter card using the Fancy Peace Die, I added them with a drop shadow. I added the floral elements to the card using foam tape for added height and dimension.
