Happy Thursday!

Wow, these Thursday's sure come round quick! I hoope everyone has been enjoying some Spring sunshine this week, though it is a little grey here today.

I've been having some fun with Avery Elle Elephantastic stamp set. I never really did 'cute' stamps, but recently I have caved for a few and this is one of them. I've gone for my usual CAS style and simple pencil colouring.

This first card I used the 'Cheer up Buttercup' sentiment and had the elephant hold the flower in his trunk. I scatter stamped a trio of flowers to make it look as though he had caught it in the Spring breeze.

I know so many people who have been struggling and feel quite lonely, so for my second card I chose the 'I am here for you' sentiment.

This time I used the little flower to create a border up the edge of my card. I kept them as daisies this time by colouring just the centre. I then used the other happy little elephant and again coloured with pencils in my simple colouring style. One day I will spend more time adding more detail in shading!

That's all from me today using this cute little set, I hope I have given you a little more inspiration in inking it up!
