Making a statement with dramatic colours
Hi Terri here. Today I am sharing a simple card thats full of impact.
I started by ink blending four colours of ink on a piece of 4.25" by 5.5" Neenah Solar Crest cardstock. I add the inks in random places covering the whole surface, I have to admit at first it looks like a hot mess, but then I spritz with water and it looks a whole lot better.
While the background dries I die cut the Moroccan Lattice cover die from black card. I then adhered the die cut panel on to the background.
Next I stamped the large "You Are" sentiment with Versamark Ink on black card and sprinkled with White Embossing powder. I then stamped my sub sentiment in the same way, I used my heat tool to melt the powder from below to get a smooth result. I adhered both sentiments to the card using black foam tape. I then added a few white enamel dots from the Essentials Black and White set.
