Hippity Hoppity Happy Birthday
Hi stampers, Anni here!
Today I have another birthday card for you.
I love alphabet sets. And I have a few (a few = a lot). So, if I would be reasonable, I wouldn’t buy anymore! But who wants to be reasonable, especially in these crazy times? I have been in love with Concord & 9th’s Tall Type Alphabet dies for quite some time and then I finally bought them – because they are alphabet dies and they are very pretty!
For this card I die cut them from a pastel rainbow order of scraps. I die cut each letter a few times and stacked them up.
I stamped all the small bunnies from Mama Elephant’s Hippity Hop on watercolour cardstock and coloured with Distress Ink reinkers. I also added in a bunny and cupcakes from Mama Elephant’s Picnic with Friends. For more birthday feeling I went through my stamp sets and looked for balloons and party hats.
My first idea was to make a slimline card but the word happy looked a little bit lost. Now I think with all the bunnies and other images it is a little bit packed – what do you think?
