Leaves or Feathers?
Yes I managed to get the release on before midnight for a change so I made a quick card before I went to bed. Looking at the new Slimline Tropical Leaves die, it kinda looked a bit like feathers to me as well as leaves so I thought it would look good layered in rainbows a bit like the feathers you see at Carnival.
This really was super easy and quick to make - I die cut the "feathers" from the sheets of paper from the new Watercolor Wishes Rainbow Paper Pad - two from each of 5 sheets as there are 4 shades of colour per sheet wide enough to cut it from. I layered 5 down from the top and 5 up from the bottom just glueing the straight edge.
I die cut one of the new birthday sentiments from navy card and added a strip of the same card at the top and bottom to finish the card.
It's a really strong release again from Lawn Fawn and orders are flying in so I'd best start packing early!
