I'm playing with some new stash today to make a birthday card using MFT's Creature Comforts dienamics....

This is pretty much my table view at any coffee shop...... occasionally it will include an edible treat but we best not mention that ;) I started by using the Paint Strokes stencil to layer some colour in blue ink onto the card base and then used part of the All Lined Up background stamp to add a check tablecloth pattern too.

The creature comfort dies are great, I love the scale of the items to fit onto a C6 card base :) You get a tea bag die in the set but I decided this was going to be a latte so I used copics to do my arty barista pattern. I die cut the phone and glasses (how cute are they by the way).... very much needed now when I do anything on my phone!!! I arranged them onto the card base and left enough space for a sentiment from the Birthday Sentiment suite. I also used a smaller phrase from the set to curve around the saucer to add a sub sentiment..... it seemed to fit the theme quite well :) It appears I've made the perfect Birthday card for myself!! Oh well perhaps hubby will be pleased about that later in the summer :)
